Review first, archive underneath

College review + archive

This page is the public review of the Ashoka versus outside-path decision, with the full corpus underneath it. Current call, agent stack, recovery docs, raw sessions, and the live explorer are all served here instead of sitting behind a local-only route.

Current read

The archive now includes the straight-answer pass, not just the debate stack.

Latest server-side pass: the newer read is not just about hybrid mechanics anymore. It now says plainly that Ashoka is only reasonable if it is a clean closure sprint you can inhabit without resentment. The live schedule still confirms Monday-Thursday structure with Friday open, but the site now reflects the harder conclusion that a compressed bad fit may still be the wrong path.

Direct opinion

The straight answer is sharper now.

The archive now distinguishes between Ashoka as a real life and Ashoka as a hedge. The newer pass says that if the relationship to Ashoka is mostly "get it done somehow," then the cleaner move is likely the structured outside path with an online degree in the background.

What changed

Why this page changed again

The live page now reflects the newer alternative-path work as well, not just the first March stack. The site is syncing new agent passes, signal updates, live schedule reads, and path maps so the public version stays close to the real decision state instead of freezing an earlier verdict.

Paths now

The real fork as of March 15

This is the newer comparison after the Cady signal update, not the older zero-user frame.

Ashoka

Real institution, real community, real fixed tax

Still strongest on in-person life, degree legibility, and institutional structure. Weakest where your health, aversion, and split attention have already caused damage.

Hybrid

Ashoka plus AI plus Cady until reality forces the break

The new strong middle path is not passive compromise. It is using AI to compress assignment drag, keeping the campus container, and letting the product earn the right to override the institution later.

Outside Path

Online degree plus stable base plus mission sprints

The strongest non-Ashoka version is not vague freedom. It is one stable base, a background credential, Cady at the center, and selective Bangalore or SF trips only when there is a reason to believe they will compound.
